if a customer is sick and wishes to come to the store, we prefer that you stay home and consider others in the store, this also applies to our staff. We have options to help with understanding and showing you the products before making a purchase. If you can't come to the store you can give us a call, email us or use Facebook, or Instagram messenger to communicate to us.
As been in a high traffic shopping centre and can bee busy at times. We ask you to keep the 1.5m from our staff and other customers at all times.
We have hand sanitisers at the store counter we kindly ask you to use this when entering the store, or when we have finished serving you.
we have implemented additional measures and increased the frequency of our cleaning schedule, everything from cleaning of counters, POS machines, and seating at front of store.
We encourage the use of our website, www.pamperedpetz.com.au, to make your purchases. We have a few options for you at check out, you can have your good delivered to you or you can click and collect from the store or if don't want too enter the centre we can have a staff member bring to your car. We are also bring in local delivery to certain post codes soon.
We will try to get your order out ASAP once we received it, please not due to the demand for online shopping there might be a slight delay. We have to have your order sent thing three working days.
We will try too have your orders sent out though Sendle who use a network off couriers or Australia Post. Due to the high demand of home deliveries there are some delays up to 5-10 days on top of your expected delivery time.
One Question we get asked can my pets catch Coronavirus?
The World Health Organisation has stated that pets are not at risk of contracting
COVID-19. We would only suggest to implement the normal hygiene practices such as wash your hands frequently before touching your pets and keep them as clean as possible. Make sure you have a care plan for your pet if you are unwell. If you feel your pet is unwell, please contact your local vet immediately.
What happens if there is a COVID-19 case our store?
If one of our staff or customer who has shopped with us is confirmed with COVID-19, we will let you know immediately, either though facebook, Instagram. In this instance we will close the store and follow the most recent Government / WHO protocols, until we are given approval to reopen by the Department of Health.
