About Pampered Petz Hornsby

Pampered Petz Hornsby began in 2011 after we stepped away from a franchise group to follow our own path. We felt that being part of a franchise limited what we could offer, so we decided to go independent and focus on delivering more value to our local community.

We started out in a small store inside Westfield Hornsby before moving into a larger location in the same centre. With the extra space, we were able to expand our product range and introduce professional dog grooming services. Fast forward to 2020, we took another big step by launching our online store, giving customers the choice of shopping in person or online. And now, in 2025, we’re excited to be expanding our services further by introducing professional cat grooming.

Today, we proudly operate both a standalone store and an online shop, making it easier and more convenient for our customers to access the products and services they need.

My name is Ryan, and I own Pampered Petz Hornsby with my partner. I have worked in retail since 2001, beginning at Dick Smith Electronics, before making the move into the pet industry in 2010. Our mission has always been to provide excellent customer service, backed by knowledgeable staff, while offering a wide range of quality products at competitive prices.

As an independent business, we’re flexible and constantly adapting to the fast-changing world of online retail. We strive to give you the best prices, fast order processing, and convenient options like free local delivery to selected postcodes (with minimum spend).
