Pampered Petz Hornsby Loyalty Reward Program Terms and Conditions
- Loyalty Reward Program” means a person who is enrolled in Loyalty Reward Program.
B. Loyalty Reward Program Card” means a card issued by Pampered Petz Hornsby, at the Loyalty Reward Program Member’s request, for use in the Awards Program.
C. Awards Program” means the scheme called Loyalty Reward Program pursuant to which certain points are offered or made available to a Loyalty Reward Program Members from time to time as a result of the purchase of products or services from Pampered Petz Hornsby Only.
1. These Terms and Conditions may be changed, amended or varied at any time by Pampered Petz Hornsby in its absolute discretion without giving a reason and without notice.
2. Without prejudice to any other mode of proof, by signature on the Awards Program enrolment form, a Loyalty Reward Program Member accepts these Terms and Conditions as amended from time to time and agrees to be bound by them. Membership in the Awards Program is subject to these Terms and Conditions as amended from time to time.
3. Any failure by a Loyalty Reward Program Member to adhere to these Terms and Conditions may result in termination of Loyalty Reward Program Member’s membership in the Awards Program and cancellation of accrued points.
4. Membership in the Awards Program is offered at the discretion of Pampered Petz Hornsby and R & Y ARNOLD PTY LTD has the right to accept or reject any applications for membership.
5. Pampered Petz Hornsby will use its reasonable endeavors to transmit notices and other material relevant to a Loyalty Reward Program Member to advise him or her of various matters of interest including changes to the Awards Program. Pampered Petz Hornsby will not be liable for failure to do so.
6. Each Loyalty Reward Program Loyalty Reward Program Member is responsible for advising Pampered Petz Hornsby of any change of address or email address.
7. Notwithstanding the above, Pampered Petz Hornsby may inform, advise and notify Loyalty Reward Program Members by any form of communication.
8. Pampered Petz Hornsby may terminate the Awards Program at any time. In the event of termination of the Awards Program, or the cancellation of a Loyalty Reward Program Member’s Card or cancellation of membership in the Awards Program, Pampered Petz Hornsby will notify Loyalty Reward Program Members of such termination or cancellation. All accrued points must be redeemed within three (3) months of the date of termination or cancellation, whichever is the sooner. In the event of termination or cancellation of a Loyalty Reward Program Member’s Card by the Club Member, all accrued points will be forfeited.
9. Pampered Petz Hornsby will not be liable for any disruption to the Awards Program or any delay to or inability to provide any of the points caused by circumstances beyond the control of Pampered Petz Hornsby, including but not limited to strikes or industrial disputes, acts of God, flood, weather, aircraft unserviceability or unavailability, war or civil disturbance.
11. Points can only be collected at a Pampered Petz Hornsby. Points are non-transferable and have no cash or monetary value.
12. To earn points on a transaction, the Loyalty Reward Program card must be presented at the register when requested, if your card is not presented we are able to add points retrospectively.
13. A Pampered Petz Hornsby Loyalty Reward Program Member will be awarded one point for every dollar spent at Pampered Petz Hornsby only on participating brands and suppliers.
14. When you accumulate $10.00 worth of points you will receive a printed voucher at the time of purchase to the value of $10.00 to be spent on your next visit. These vouchers will expire after a period of 3 months.
15. Your voucher must be spent in full in a single transaction when redeeming, change or part credit cannot be offered if the full value of the voucher is not spent.
16. Loyalty Reward Program 11 bag free promotion, once you have purchased 10 bags off pet food of the same brand in Royal Canin or Earthborn, Hills Science Diet and Blackhawk and size you will receive a free bag on your next visit of the same size and brand.
17. All Loyalty Reward Program Cards remain the property of Pampered Petz Hornsby..
18. Pampered Petz Hornsby is not responsible for errors resulting from computer hardware or software errors or failure, nor for fraud.
